Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 26, 2026

Here's how we handle your data when you use our Service---this policy covers what we collect, why we use it, and who we share it with. We also lay out your legal rights and how we keep your information secure.

We rely on your data to keep LoopCraft running smoothly and to make our features better. By choosing to use our Service, you're consenting to the data practices we've outlined in this policy.

Step-by-Step Process

First, pick your media files (photos or videos) and pick a template or visual effect you like.

Next, our AI takes over---it analyzes your selections and turns them into personalized visuals just for you.

The final output can be an edited image, a short video, or even a custom avatar, all based on what you provided and chose.

One important rule: your uploads are used only for this specific task. We never use your photos, videos, face data, text prompts, or the final creations to train or update any public or shared AI systems.

Also, you cannot use our service for anything illegal---for example, using someone else's face without permission or making banned content.

We do our best to keep our AI fine-tuned, but you might still see something that feels off or inappropriate. If that happens, drop us a line at irishvancookies@hotmail.com. We'll get back to you quickly, and your report will also help us make the system smarter over time.

What Information We Gather and Why

  1. Activity Tracking -- We keep a record of what you do on our platform---like which posts you view, what you tap on, what you download or pass along to others, and how you tweak your videos. This helps us keep everything running and make sure the basic tools work as they should.
  2. Device Data & Connection Logs -- When you hop onto our service, we gather some behind‑the‑scenes info to keep things smooth, boost speed, tailor your experience, show you relevant notices, and protect your account. That includes your device's unique ID, GAID, phone model, language and country settings, ad identifier, OS version, build number, IP address, app version, network type, connection quality, and usage logs.
  3. Correspondence Records -- If you write to us with a question, idea, or problem, we'll hold onto what you sent and how to reach you (like your email or phone number) so we can get back to you and lend a hand.
  4. How We Handle Facial Imagery -- When you try out face‑swap, avatar makers, or face‑editing tools, the system may examine facial details from your images. This happens only to create the result you asked for---not to recognize who you are, build a facial profile, or track identities. We never feed those photos, facial points, or final outputs into any training process for public or shared AI. The data sticks around just long enough to finish the job and then gets cleared out as described in our policy.
  5. Cloud Processing -- Some of our heavier AI tasks (like generating images or videos) need to send your files, prompts, and related materials to secure cloud servers for a short time. That transfer is strictly to give you the final product---not for ads, user profiling, or teaching our models. We keep that content only as long as necessary to complete your request, after which we either delete it or strip away any identifying details according to our standard schedule.

What We Ask Permission For

We want to give you the best experience possible, so sometimes we'll ask for access to certain parts of your device. This helps us offer extra features and keep improving what we build. We'll always ask for your clear okay first, and we never take more data than we actually need for the job. Here's a rundown of the permissions we might request and what that means for the information we can see.

  1. Read and Write External Storage Permission: This allows us to read from and write to files on your external memory card, which is necessary for video editing operations.
  2. Camera Permission: This grants us access to your device's camera, enabling you to take photos and record videos directly within the app.
  3. Network Access Permission: This permission enables various online functions, including accessing and downloading materials from the internet.

The data we access through these permissions is treated as sensitive. If you decide not to allow a certain permission, you'll simply lose the feature that depends on it---everything else in the app will work just fine. You can check which permissions are currently turned on or off at any time through your device's settings menu, and you're free to toggle them on or off however you like.

Just keep in mind: turning a permission on means you're okay with us using that data to run the related service. If you later turn it off, that's your signal to stop future collection---and we'll respect that. But anything we already gathered while it was on won't be affected by your later change.

How We Learn From Usage Data

We look at how people use LoopCraft so we can make it better and more enjoyable over time. The data we study is grouped together in ways that don't single anyone out---it just shows us general patterns. Sometimes we share these high-level takeaways with our partners, affiliates, and vendors to help with things like research, product improvements, and future planning. Rest assured, everything we pass along is fully anonymous, so neither you nor your customers can be identified from it.

Use of Your Personal Information

In line with this Privacy Policy, we may use the information you provide to deliver our services or communicate with you. More specifically, your information may be used for the following purposes:

  1. Service Improvement: We rely on your information to continuously improve our offerings. It helps us in creating, developing, operating, delivering, and enhancing our services. For example, by studying how users interact with the platform, we can ensure it remains intuitive and user-friendly.
  2. Security-related Purposes: Your information is also used to maintain safety and security. This includes supporting account protection and network integrity. We strive to safeguard our services for all users, which may involve using automated systems to detect abuse, fraud, security threats, violations of our Terms, or other harmful activities. Additionally, we may use your information for security monitoring, customer protection services, and similar purposes.
  3. Sending Important Notices: We may use your information to send you critical communications. These include alerts regarding your account status, as well as notifications about updates to our terms, conditions, or policies.
  4. Meeting Legal Obligations: We retain and manage your information as necessary to comply with our legal responsibilities. For instance, when required by applicable laws---such as in emergency situations---we may record, audit, analyze, and process your information accordingly.

Taking Control of Your Data

You're always in charge of your own info while using our app---you can delete any saved data whenever it feels right. We take privacy seriously and make sure data removal is easy and fully supported. Just head to the settings screen to wipe your history and other stored bits. And if you uninstall the app, any data sitting on your device gets cleared out automatically. One thing to keep in mind: once it's gone, it's gone for good. If you're unsure about anything, our support team is here to help.

Want to close your whole account and remove all your personal data? Send us a note at irishvancookies@hotmail.com or go to the account settings inside the app. After you submit your request, we'll get rid of your personal information within 30 days---unless we're required by law to hold onto some of it.

How We Use Cookies and Similar Tools

We use cookies, beacons, and other common tracking methods---just like most online services do. Cookies are tiny bits of data stored on your device that help with things like logging you in, remembering your preferences, tracking how you move through the site, checking how well our ads are doing, and making social features work. Beacons are even smaller pieces tucked into pages or emails that show us whether you've looked at that content.

Browsers usually accept cookies on their own. You can change your settings to block or delete them if you want, but that might break some of the features we offer.

We also bring in outside analytics tools to keep an eye on traffic and usage patterns---like which pages you visit, which extras you use, and other helpful signals for making things better. All that info gets pooled together with everyone else's, so it can't be traced back to you personally.

On top of that, we team up with ad partners to show you ads across the web. To figure out if those ads are working and how much to pay our partners, we build their code into our app. We may also include other third-party pieces inside the app to give us a clearer picture of how our service is actually being used.

What We Don't Use Your Data For

Just to be clear---we never take your photos, videos, face data, created content, text instructions, or any personal info and feed it into training for public or general AI models. Your stuff is only ever used to give you the specific AI features you're asking for in the moment.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We hold onto your personal data only as long as we need it to run the service, follow the law, settle any issues, enforce our rules, and keep things secure. Sometimes we might need to keep your data longer---like when the law says we have to, or when we're dealing with a dispute or enforcing our agreements.

We also keep Usage Data around for internal analysis. Usually that's for a shorter time, unless we need it to boost security, improve how things work, or if we're required to hold it longer by law.

Who We Don't Share With

Your privacy matters to us---period. We never sell, rent, trade, or hand over your personal details, images, or anything you've created to any outside AI services, vendors, or other companies.

Our Own AI, Our Own Servers --- Every bit of AI work happens on our own secure systems using our own technology. Nothing you upload ever goes to external AI platforms or outside APIs.

No Hidden Trackers --- Our app doesn't include any third-party ad, tracking, or analytics tools that collect your device IDs, location, or usage data for outside use. What happens in the app stays in the app.

When We Might Have to Share --- The only time we'd disclose anything is if the law forces us to---like when we get a proper court order or subpoena---or if it's truly needed to protect someone's safety.

If We Ever Change Hands --- In case of a merger, sale, or acquisition down the road, your data stays protected under the same strict no-sharing rules. Any new owner would have to follow standards at least as strong as what we promise here.

Correction Rights Explanation

As a user of the app, you hold the right to request corrections or updates to any inaccurate personal information associated with your use of the service. If any data---such as saved preferences or profile details---needs to be revised, you may reach out to customer support for assistance. We are dedicated to keeping your information accurate in order to provide the best possible user experience.

How We Keep Your Data Safe

We take your privacy seriously and work hard to protect your information. We've put sensible physical, digital, and operational measures in place to guard against unauthorized access, leaks, or other risks while you're using our Platform. We do everything we reasonably can to keep your personal data secure.

We regularly check our practices and update them as things change---whether that's new business goals, tech advances, or legal rules. Our approach includes technical safeguards, organizational controls, and regular training for our team members.

That said, let's be realistic---no internet transmission or electronic storage method is 100% foolproof. We follow standard industry practices to protect your Personal Data, but we can't promise absolute security.

If we ever find a breach that puts your personal info at risk, we'll let you know the way the law requires. By using the Platform, you're agreeing that we can send those notices electronically.

Also, before we can act on your request, we might ask you for a bit of extra info just to confirm it's really you.
